Meet the Team 

Sandra Michelini – Founder & Director of Operations

With Italian and Brazilian roots, Sandra has built her career managing large-scale operations of extraordinary complexity. Born into a distinguished family in Brazil—her great-grandfather served as President of the country—she was raised in a refined environment that shaped her appreciation for culture, discretion, and sophistication from an early age.

Her professional journey began in television production and design, where she initially worked as a costume designer and later collaborated with renowned architects and designers, while taking on one of the most demanding operational roles in the second largest television network in the world. She oversaw the planning and execution of new studios and support facilities, managing wardrobe systems, heavy and light prop storage, set decoration, costume factories, and logistics for actors and production houses. To coordinate this 24/7 production environment—at times as intricate and demanding as the operations of a luxury hotel or estate—she developed and implemented custom operational software that streamlined workflows across multiple departments.

Having lived in Europe, Argentina, Brazil, and the United States, Sandra combines her multicultural background, professional experience, and household management expertise to offer LOVENHOME a global perspective on what it means to serve prestigious families with excellence.

Fernanda Farias – Director of Human Development

A psychologist and Human Resources specialist, Fernanda has dedicated her career to working with the Brazilian community in the U.S. With years of experience in recruitment, training, and staff development, she brings practical expertise in preparing professionals for the American workplace. Her strong background in HR ensures that LOVENHOME trainees receive realistic, culturally aligned guidance, helping them succeed in the demanding environment of high-end households and agencies.
